Last month, a 19-year-old from an underserved community in Greater Accra came to us. She was a survivor of violence. She was told “you have no case” because she couldn’t afford representation.
At Women Aspire Network, we say: You have rights. And we will defend them.
Our Access to Justice program provides FREE court representation for young women who cannot afford lawyers. Because we believe justice is a right, not a privilege.
Since 2017, we have stood beside young women in courtrooms, in police stations, and in communities — through education, research, advocacy, and direct legal action.
But we need your help to do more.
