Our 4 Pillars of Change

Women’s Participation in Governance & Leadership
Women are 51% of Ghana’s population but hold less than 15% of political power. We are training the next generation of women leaders — from university SRCs to district assemblies — to lead and transform governance.

2. Women’s Participation in the Extractive Industry
Ghana’s gold and oil should benefit women too. But women in mining communities often face displacement and exclusion. We fight for their right to be consulted, to benefit, and to lead.

3. Environment, Climate Change & Natural Resources
Climate change is not gender-neutral. When farms flood and water dries, women suffer most. We work with women farmers and fisherfolk to build climate resilience and demand climate justice.

4. Women’s Access to Justice
Justice shouldn’t be for sale. We provide FREE pro bono legal representation to young women from underserved communities facing violence, discrimination, and abuse.
