We train, mentor and support young women to take up leadership positions in politics, governance, and community development. We believe when women lead, development is more inclusive and just.
Women’s Participation in the Extractive Industry and Development
We advocate for women’s rights and inclusion in Ghana’s extractive sector. We ensure women in mining and oil-affected communities benefit from resources, are consulted in decisions, and are protected from exploitation.
Environment and Climate Change and Natural Resources
We empower women to lead climate action. We build the resilience of women farmers, market women and rural women against climate change and advocate for their inclusion in natural resource governance.
Women’s Access to Justice
We provide legal literacy and free pro bono court representation for young women and girls facing gender-based violence, discrimination, and injustice. We ensure justice is accessible to all, not just the privileged.
