Our approach to development includes advocating for gender equality interventions. We work with the necessary stakeholders to ensure that women including girls& young women and persons with disability are included in decision making activities. We believe there are gender dynamics in all sectors of the economy and there is the need to engage women and young women in all discussions and interventions.
The “sheleads” project is a gender equality intervention with the aim to promote and sustain the influence of girls and young women in the society.
