Women Aspire Network is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Accra. The Organization was legally registered in 2017, and works with other Girls and Women’s rights focused organizations and activists to carry out our activities. Our aim is to support, empower and advocate for Girls and Young women’s rights in Ghana and across Africa.
We do this through education, research, advocacy and influencing policy reforms. We empower, and inspire confidence in Girls and Young Women to be the best they can ever be, without any inhibitions. We work mostly in underserved communities.

Our Mission: To create a solid foundation for Girls and Young Women’s empowerment and development.
OUR PROGRAMS: We run four core programs Gender and Leadership Adolescents Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Girls in STEM/TVET Environment and climate ChangeCore values-Our approach is guided on feminist principles and we work to remove all barriers inhibiting the development of Girls and Young Women.-Community owned approach to development.-Respect for all individuals and upholding human rights.
Our story We have targeted over 1000 adolescents with information on adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights.
Created leadership and reproductive health clubs in 4 selected basic schools and Senior High Schools in project communities. Built the confidence 50 GYW as ambassadors for change in their communities in 2 districts in the Central Region.
Trained over 100 girls on domestic violence and building confidence in themselves
